Our Sheffield team is expanding, and we’re hiring a Team Member to help deliver a positive customer experience throughout the day. You’ll answer questions, offer practical support and make sure every customer feels listened to and looked after.

Your Day-to-Day Role

• Welcome customers and offer assistance
• Listen carefully to questions and understand what is needed
• Provide clear information about products, services and current offers
• Help customers find the most suitable option
• Handle everyday enquiries calmly and professionally
• Support customers with registrations, updates and general requests
• Resolve straightforward issues and involve a senior colleague when needed
• Keep customer information accurate and up to date
• Work closely with colleagues during busy periods
• Help maintain a friendly, organised customer environment

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Additional hours: Optional Saturdays
