Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries to foster a friendly environment
• Support daily operational tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
• Process transactions accurately at the checkout counter while providing excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales goals
• Maintain awareness of safety procedures and uphold cleanliness standards throughout the workspace
• Assist in inventory management by receiving deliveries and updating stock records
• Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to help others
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
