Cashier /Customer Service Duties Description

Job Overview*

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers, handling transactions accurately, and delivering great meals.

*Duties*

• Greet customers and provide assistance with ordering their meals.

• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions

• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

• Upsell products and promote special offers to customers

• Assist in restocking area and maintaining inventory levels

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

*Skills*

• Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

• Bilingual skills are advantageous for interacting with diverse customers

• Familiarity with retail sales techniques to enhance customer experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.50 - $12.50 per hour
