About the Role
We're looking for a new Team Member to help package soups, operate small-scale machinery, and assist in our shipping and receiving department. You’ll be part of a small production team where your attention to detail and steady pace will help us deliver top-quality products.

This job might be a great fit if you:

• Enjoy puzzles, word searches, flat pack furniture or putting things in order
• Like to work at a quick pace
• Are self-motivated and like setting small goals for yourself
• Work well independently but enjoy being part of a team

What You’ll Do:

• Package soups by hand with accuracy and care
• Operate small-scale food production equipment (e.g., weigh scales, mixers, sealers)
• Assist with shipping and receiving orders
• Keep track of ingredients and lot numbers for traceability
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow written procedures closely and consistently

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Ability to lift 50 lbs (bags of beans, boxes of vegetables, etc.)
• Comfortable sitting or standing for 2+ hours at a time
• Willingness to follow procedures 100% of the time
• Must complete a brief skills assessment before the interview

Pay: $17.63 - $20.50 per hour
