Position Overview

As a WrapZone Team Member, you are the face of the brand. You will be responsible for preparing food, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. This role requires energy, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

• Greet every customer with a friendly and positive attitude
• Take orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions
• Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly

Food Preparation

• Prepare wraps, bowls, and smoothies according to WrapZone standards
• Follow portion control and presentation guidelines
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stocked

Operations

• Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of front and back-of-house areas
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
• Follow opening and closing procedures

Food Safety & Hygiene

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (BC health standards)
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Properly handle food, equipment, and utensils

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience is an asset (not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)
