Job Summary

As an independently owned and operated franchise, we’re building a team where employees feel welcomed, supported, and appreciated. Whether you have food-service experience or this is your first job, we’re willing to train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Greet customers, take orders, and answer questions about our products.
• Prepare Auntie Anne’s pretzels, Cinnabon products, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards.
• Operate the POS/register accurately and handle cash and credit/debit transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging as needed.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and product-quality guidelines.
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and management.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Help maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be friendly, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and food-safety procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with the position.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Positive attitude and willingness to help others.
• Must be able to work respectfully and professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.

Schedule

We are looking for candidates with part-time and/or full-time availability.

Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is a plus.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently bend, reach, lift, and move supplies
• Work in a fast-paced food-service environment
• Safely perform food preparation and cleaning duties
