We are looking for a hardworking and reliable team member to join our business. The role involves providing excellent customer service, working as part of a team, keeping the workplace clean and organised, following company procedures, and completing tasks safely and efficiently. Previous customer service or retail experience is helpful, but training will be provided.

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide first-line technical support to users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computers, printers and software, supporting Windows systems, resolving network and connectivity problems, maintaining IT equipment, managing support requests, and providing friendly and professional user assistance.

Pay: £12.71-£18.19 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
