Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking Team Member to join our fast-casual style restaurant team. In this role, you will be an essential part of delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, motivated, and eager to contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve menu items according to established standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems responsibly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
• Follow safety, health, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food related required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a very fast-paced setting
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent service
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with restaurant duties.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
