Job Summary

As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the café area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
• Assist with bussing tables and ensuring that dining areas are tidy and well-organized.
• Operate cash registers accurately, processing transactions efficiently while adhering to company policies.
• Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing.
• Support grocery store operations by restocking shelves and ensuring product availability.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Skills

• Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Familiarity with sanitation practices to maintain a clean work environment.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or retail setting is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of retail math concepts is advantageous for inventory management tasks.
• Ability to operate a cash register and POS systems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills as needed.
