Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing deliveries within the warehouse or designated storage areas
• Support the delivery process by preparing parcels and ensuring timely dispatch using company vehicles such as vans or other commercial transport
• Safely operate delivery vans and other company vehicles following all traffic laws and safety protocols
• Communicate clearly with team members, drivers, and customers to coordinate deliveries or resolve issues efficiently
• Perform heavy lifting tasks safely to handle packages and inventory items of varying sizes and weights
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and inventory movements to ensure smooth logistical operations
• Follow safety guidelines consistently to uphold a secure working environment for all team members

Skills

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or van driver with a strong understanding of commercial driving practices
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in warehouse or distribution settings
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members, customers, and supervisors
• Solid knowledge of driving regulations and safe vehicle operation for commercial purposes
• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding inventory handling and organization
• Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork
