PadelPlex is a new padel club group built on one idea: padel done properly. We come from a hospitality background, our first venue is launching this year, and more sites are already secured.

We're opening our first site this November: multiple courts, a show court, and a clubhouse with a café/bar and changing facilities.

We're looking for friendly, reliable people to join us as Team Members at our first site. You'll be at the heart of the venue: welcoming guests, serving great coffee and food, keeping the place spotless, and making sure every visit to PadelPlex feels effortless and enjoyable.

A typical shift might involve:

● Greeting members and guests, checking them in for their court booking

● Making coffees, pouring drinks and serving food from our café/bar

● Keeping reception, courts and communal areas clean and welcoming

● Opening up or locking up the venue

● Taking in deliveries and keeping stock organised

You'll be a great fit if you:

● Love working with people and take pride in good service

● Are reliable, hands-on and happy to muck in wherever needed

● Can work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

● Have hospitality or customer service experience (helpful, but not essential — we'll train you)

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
