We are expanding our local team and are looking for someone reliable, straightforward, and practical to help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

The Role

As a Team Member, you’ll be directly involved in the day-to-day running of our local operations and customer interaction. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming customer enquiries clearly, politely, and efficiently.
• Assisting with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to keep the team organized.
• Preparing materials, documentation, and resources needed for daily activities.
• Updating internal logs and system records accurately as work progresses.
• Working alongside senior team members to help prepare for client and customer meetings.
• Resolving straightforward issues as they arise, escalating complex queries appropriately.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional working environment.
• Participating in daily morning catch-ups to align on priorities and task allocation.

What We’re Looking For

You don't need years of specialized experience to fit in here, but you do need a solid work ethic and good practical sense. We are looking for:

• Clear, honest communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Strong organizational habits and the ability to keep track of your own tasks.
• A practical, problem-solving mindset when unexpected challenges pop up.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a consistent attitude toward your work.
• Comfortable working with basic computer systems and digital tools.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, retail, hospitality, administration, or university projects is a plus, but not essential as full training is provided.

Training and Progression

We believe in setting people up properly from day one. You won't be thrown into the deep end without support.

When you start, you’ll work alongside experienced colleagues who will walk you through our processes step-by-step. You’ll receive regular one-to-one feedback sessions to discuss how you're getting on and identify areas where you feel you need extra support. As your confidence and product knowledge grow, you'll have the chance to take on more independent tasks, coordinate small project elements, and gradually take on additional responsibility within the team.
