Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries to foster a friendly environment
• Support daily operational tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
• Process transactions accurately at the checkout counter, including handling cash and electronic payments
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and meet daily goals
• Provide product information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or damages
• Uphold safety standards by following protocols and ensuring a secure environment for all visitors and staff

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing inventory counts
