We are expanding our Glasgow team and are looking for a reliable, practical Team Member to support our daily operations across customer interactions, store presentation, and shift setups.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you’ll be involved in a bit of everything to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. Your daily work will include:

• Assisting customers with basic enquiries and directing them to the right products or services.
• Helping with shift setups, preparing work areas, and making sure equipment is ready for the day.
• Unloading deliveries, checking incoming stock against manifests, and organizing storage spaces.
• Maintaining clean, safe, and tidy customer and team areas throughout your shift.
• Operating till platforms or check-in counters accurately during peak hours.
• Working closely with team leads to complete daily task lists and operational handovers.
• Gathering customer feedback or reporting floor issues promptly to supervisors.
• Supporting colleagues across different stations during busy periods to keep waiting times down.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Ability to follow straightforward operational procedures and safety guidelines accurately.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, warehousing, or team sports/activities is a plus, but not essential as full training is provided.

On-the-Job Learning & Progression

Your induction will involve working side-by-side with an experienced colleague who will guide you through our daily checklists, health and safety standards, and customer service routines. You will have regular catch-ups with your shift supervisor to talk through how you’re finding things and where you’d like to build more skills. As you get comfortable with the daily rhythm, you’ll have opportunities to take ownership of specific shift duties, help train newer team members, or take on shift-lead responsibilities.
