We are looking for an energetic and friendly Team Member

Sultans Mediterranean Grill

Located at Simcoe Place Food Court

Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Refill empty items and keep the front area stocked
• Provide excellent customer service with a welcoming attitude
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to customers.
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and merchandising displays.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
• Respond to customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Utilize effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken)
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous cashier or restaurant experience is a plus
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling.
