Team Member – Zap Zone XL

Zap Zone XL at our Portage location is hiring Team Members to join our team! This is a great entry-level position for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and being part of a fun, fast-paced environment.

Most Team Members start by training as an Attraction Monitor and can cross-train into additional positions such as Cashier or Party Host as they gain experience. Candidates with qualified previous experience may be hired directly into one of these positions.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor attractions and help provide guests with a safe and fun experience
• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and helpful manner
• Explain attraction rules and assist guests as needed
• Keep assigned areas clean, organized, and ready for guests
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the facility
• Work with other Team Members and management to keep daily operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests
• Reliable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a busy, active environment
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred
• No previous experience required - we provide training!
