Role & responsibilities
Order Taking & POS Handling: Operate the POS terminal accurately, register combos, apply discounts or promotional offers, and handle cash/card/UPI settlements.
Dual-Brand Menu Navigation: Guide guests smoothly through both menus, explaining brand-specific signature items
Suggestive Selling & Upselling: Actively recommend side items, beverages, meal combos, and dessert add-ons to lift Average Ticket Value (ATV).
Order Assembly & Dispatch: Ensure correct brand packaging, check bill-to-tray matching, verify all condiments (pickles, chutneys, chilli oil, soy sauce sachets) are included, and maintain target order turnaround times (TAT).
