Job Summary

Tiago’s Tacos is hiring reliable, energetic Team Members to support daily restaurant operations. This role focuses on cooking, assembling menu items, cashiering, and delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen & Food Service

• Cook and assemble menu items according to company standards
• Follow recipes, portioning, and food safety guidelines
• Maintain speed, quality, and consistency during service
• Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and stocked

Cashier & Guest Service

• Greet guests promptly and professionally
• Take customer orders accurately using the POS system
• Provide menu guidance and suggest add-ons when appropriate
• Process cash and card transactions accurately

General Team Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, service areas, and dining room
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Follow all company policies, health codes, and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with the team during busy shifts

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
