Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient assistance throughout their visit
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store or workspace to ensure a safe and inviting environment
• Support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and conducting stock counts
• Assist team members with daily tasks, including processing transactions and handling customer inquiries
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to uphold a secure workplace for all staff and visitors
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about new products, procedures, and company initiatives

Skills

• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and stock accuracy
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assist in various roles as needed
• Basic math skills for handling transactions, inventory counts, and record keeping
• Prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required; enthusiasm is key!
• Ability to stand, walk, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
