What they need
Location: Liverpool
Role: Team Member (Full-time)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
You are the person on shift who instinctively notices when a workspace needs tidying, a queue needs managing, or a colleague needs a quick hand to keep the floor moving. You take genuine pride in showing up on time, doing a job thoroughly, and being someone your shift mates know they can rely on when things get busy.
If you are looking for a straightforward, dependable role where your practical work ethic, clear communication, and consistency are valued every day, this full-time position in Liverpool is a great fit. We are expanding our regional frontline operations and need a grounded, proactive Team Member to help run daily customer service, floor maintenance, and site operations across our Liverpool locations.
Daily Shift Responsibilities
Working alongside our shift supervisors and venue leads, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Delivering polite, helpful service to visitors and customers across front-of-house areas.
- Assisting with site opens and closes, ensuring operational areas are clean, safe, and ready for use.
- Handling customer enquiries face-to-face, providing accurate directions and practical assistance.
- Monitoring stock levels, replenishing floor supplies, and keeping work bays neatly organised.
- Operating register or check-in points accurately during peak operational hours.
- Carrying out regular safety walkthroughs to report maintenance needs or hazards immediately.
- Assisting with inventory deliveries, unboxing supplies, and updating basic stock logs.
- Working closely with teammates to keep shift handovers clear, punctual, and well-documented.
What We Look For
We value dependability, a polite manner, and pride in your daily work far more than a long history of specific industry roles. We look for:
- A polite, approachable manner when speaking with customers, clients, and teammates.
- High personal standards regarding shift punctuality, attendance, and personal reliability.
- Comfort working active shifts on your feet and staying productive during both busy and quiet periods.
- Good attention to detail when following operational checklists, hygiene rules, and site procedures.
- A supportive, adaptable attitude when shift priorities or floor tasks shift during the day.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, administration, or general team work is a plus, but not essential as full training is provided.
Onboarding & Practical Progression
We make sure you get clear, structured guidance from your first day so you can carry out your shift tasks with confidence.
Your orientation begins by pairing up with an experienced team member to learn our daily routines, service standards, and safety procedures. Through regular check-ins with your shift manager, you will receive ongoing feedback on your work, task handling, and operational skills. As you master the daily routines, you will have opportunities to take ownership of specific floor areas, help train new staff, and progress into shift leader roles.
Benefits & Perks
- Competitive base salary
- Enhanced pay rates for weekend shifts
- Performance-based bonuses linked to operational targets and attendance
- Full initial training covering customer care, health and safety, and floor routines
- Regular one-to-one coaching and ongoing skills training
- Practical experience working within a supportive Liverpool shift team
