We are expanding our regional operations and need a reliable Team Member to support day-to-day visitor service, floor organization, and site tasks across our Sheffield venue.

Shift Duties

Working directly alongside our team leaders and shift supervisors, your everyday tasks will include:

• Welcoming visitors warmly and providing clear, accurate assistance with general enquiries.
• Assisting with daily venue opens and closes, ensuring public areas are tidy, safe, and ready for visitors.
• Monitoring display shelves and service points, restocking supplies as needed throughout the shift.
• Operating check-in desks and till points accurately during high-footfall hours.
• Carrying out regular floor checks to keep main walkways clean, hazard-free, and accessible.
• Unloading stock deliveries, checking delivery logs, and keeping storage areas neatly organized.
• Supporting teammates during busy periods by helping clear queues and managing visitor flow.
• Following daily health, safety, and hygiene guidelines across all operational areas.

Training & Practical Growth

We make sure you receive structured, hands-on support from day one so you always feel confident in what you are doing.

Your onboarding begins by shadowing an experienced team member to get used to our daily operations, customer care standards, and safety routines. Through regular catch-ups with your shift supervisor, you will receive feedback on your daily tasks and guidance on developing your floor skills. As you settle into the role, you will have opportunities to take on specific area responsibilities, help onboard new starters, and progress toward shift leader roles.
