The Opportunity

Ready to build a career in sales? We're hiring a Team Member for our new branch to help us win new business and grow existing client relationships.

We are growing, with new contracts and client opportunities on the way, and we need more great people to join our team. As a Team Member, you'll be part of the day-to-day sales process, working closely with colleagues to hit targets and keep client relationships strong. There's genuine opportunity to progress, with training provided and the chance to cross-train into supervisory and management roles.

Your responsibilities as a Team Member

• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Support the team with proposals, pitches and client follow-ups
• Manage your own pipeline and work towards sales targets
• Negotiate terms and help close sales
• Keep accurate records of client activity in our CRM system

Training and career progression
