Floater – Café / Restaurant Team Member

Bloom Roadside is looking for a dependable, energetic Floater to join our team. This is a hands-on support position for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping others, and jumping into different areas of the restaurant as needed.

The Floater is not assigned to one station for the entire shift. This role supports the overall operation by assisting with guest service, beverages, production, cleaning, stocking, prep, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assist with beverage production and guest service
• Support food and production stations during busy periods
• Restock cups, ingredients, condiments, packaging, and supplies
• Complete light prep work as needed
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Clean and organize workstations, dining areas, and guest spaces
• Assist with opening, mid-shift, and closing responsibilities
• Help keep service moving efficiently during peak periods
• Communicate with team members and shift leaders
• Identify where help is needed and jump in without waiting to be asked
• Complete assigned daily cleaning and operational tasks

Availability

Strong availability is required for this position.

We are specifically looking for applicants who have reliable and flexible availability throughout the week. Candidates should be available for a variety of shifts, including:

• Weekdays
• Weekends
• Morning shifts
• Afternoon shifts
• Holidays as needed

Applicants with broad and consistent availability will receive preference. This position may not be a good fit for candidates who are only available for a very limited number of hours or shifts each week.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
