Evening/Weekend Team Members

• Customer service (VERY important)
• Cleaning (including dishes)
• Prep work & restocking
• Packaging & labeling cookies
• Keep shop clean, stocked & running smoothly

Quick Advancement to Shift Lead (Evening Focus) Possible

• Lead the shift and support the team
• Ensure all shift & closing tasks are completed correctly and completely
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and flow of operations
• Communicate clearly with team and management
• Step in wherever needed (customer service, prep, cleaning, etc.)

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively with team members.

• Base Pay + Tip Sharing
