This entry level opportunity offers a practical introduction to the workplace, with training and guidance to help build confidence, develop new skills and understand how different responsibilities come together. Previous experience is welcome but not essential; a reliable approach, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are what matter most.

- Communicating with customers and providing clear, helpful information.
- Representing the brand professionally during customer interactions.
- Assisting with campaign activities and team priorities where required.
- Keeping work areas organised and maintaining professional standards.
- Working with colleagues to resolve routine queries and challenges.
- Adapting to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Sharing feedback and helping identify practical ways to improve the customer experience.

- Confidence to ask questions and learn from feedback.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- Patience and a helpful approach when speaking with customers.
- Flexibility when priorities change.
- A genuine interest in learning and developing new skills.
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, events or customer-facing roles can be useful, but it is not essential. Training will be provided for candidates who are ready to learn and contribute.
Learning the Role
Initial training will cover daily procedures, brand and service information, customer communication and the standards expected in the role. Ongoing guidance and constructive feedback will help strengthen practical skills, build confidence and prepare team members to handle a wider range of responsibilities over time.

- Competitive base pay.
- Performance-related rewards, where applicable.
- Structured training and ongoing support.
- Recognition for individual contributions and team achievements.
- Company social events and team activities.
