We operate a busy, high-profile venue in Central London that relies on great coordination, high presentation standards, and consistent teamwork to deliver a smooth guest experience. We are expanding our team and looking for a dependable Team Member to help run daily service across our customer spaces and back-of-house areas.

Key Shift Tasks

• Greeting visitors warmly, taking orders at service counters, and managing till transactions accurately.
• Serving drinks, snacks, or retail items while keeping customer wait times down during peak hours.
• Maintaining immaculate seating and counter spaces by clearing tables, restocking condiments, and wiping down surfaces.
• Unloading morning deliveries, checking items against stock manifests, and organizing storage rooms logically.
• Monitoring product availability on the floor and bringing up fresh stock from storage before items run low.
• Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards across all customer and food prep areas.
• Supporting colleagues during busy rushes to keep the entire shift running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience is a plus, but not essential as full training is provided.

• Reliable Work Ethic: Showing up on time and staying active and focused throughout your shift.
• Friendly Manner: Polite, approachable communication style when helping customers or chatting with teammates.
• Attention to Detail: Noticing messy tables, low stock, or misplaced items automatically and taking care of them.
• Practical Skills: Basic numeracy for till operations, cash handling, and stock checks.

Training & On-the-Job Coaching

You will partner with an experienced team mentor during your first few weeks so you never feel thrown in at the deep end:

• System & Safety Induction: Clear, step-by-step instruction on customer service standards, till operation, and health and safety.
• Regular Catch-ups: Weekly 1-on-1 feedback sessions with your shift leader to talk through progress and build your confidence.
• Progression Steps: Opportunities over time to learn stock control, keyholding duties, or train as a shift supervisor.

What We Offer

• Hourly Rate: £14 – £16 per hour (dependent on age and experience)
