Observant team players bring an irreplaceable energy to a venue: noticing a guest who needs assistance before they ask, keeping work counters spotless under pressure, and maintaining a calm, friendly focus during busy rushes.

We own a high-footfall food and social spot right in Glasgow. Open interviews are happening at our venue this week for a dependable Team Member ready to jump straight into shift rotas within two weeks.

What Your Shifts Will Involve

• Welcoming guests warmly at service counters, taking food and drink orders, and processing card payments quickly.
• Preparing hot coffee, cold beverages, and fresh food items following standard venue guides.
• Clearing guest tables promptly, sanitising seating booths, and keeping floor spaces immaculate throughout service.
• Restocking counter display fridges, cutlery stations, and condiment trays before peak hours hit.
• Unloading morning food deliveries, cross-checking stock manifests, and organising cold store racks neatly.
• Cleaning espresso machines, till counters, and service tools at the end of each shift transition.
• Following strict Scottish food hygiene rules, allergen handling standards, and health regulations across all areas.
• Helping kitchen and front of house teammates keep orders moving smoothly when queue lines grow long.

What Fits This Position

Previous experience is a plus, but not essential as full training is provided. We welcome backgrounds in retail, fast food, hospitality, or university team activities.

• Reliable work ethic and strong punctuality for all assigned shift times.
• Polite, respectful conversational manner with guests and colleagues.
• Practical mental arithmetic for handling till screen receipts.
• Ready to start work in Glasgow within 2 weeks.
