Sourdough & Co is a fast-casual restaurant opening in November!

Sourdough & Co specializes in fresh-baked sourdough bread, sandwiches, soups, salads, and hearty comfort food. We pride ourselves on quality ingredients, friendly service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Role Overview

We’re looking for energetic, reliable Team Members to join our team!

As a Team Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping prepare and serve our delicious sourdough-based menu items.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food items including sandwiches, salads, and baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and process orders
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

• No prior experience required – we provide training!
• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong customer service skills and a team-player mindset
• Current Texas Food Handlers Certification or able to obtain
