• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockrooms, and common areas
• Support inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting stock counts
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store operations
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to create a secure environment for all
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about new products and procedures

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to help others
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks
• A proactive approach with the willingness to learn and grow within the team

Pay: From $17.95 per hour
