We are SuBo! We were born in Eugene and our mission is to provide a healthy alternative to quick service food. We are looking for energetic, positive new crew members to join our team! We are currently hiring at both locations! Pay is $20+/hr with included tipshare

Requirements-

A willingness to cross-train in all of the stations. It never gets dull here, like in any kitchen there is always something to keep you busy;

Willingness to work a flexible schedule;

Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities;

Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift objects up to 50 lbs as needed;

Ability to perform all essential job functions;

Ability to communicate verbally with customer and co-workers to process orders online, over the phone, and in person;

Excellent communicator and listener;

Open availability and able to work weekends and nights;

Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities include-

Greet guests in a positive manner and answer any questions;

Packaging all menu items consistent with our quality and company standards;

Providing food service to our guests with enthusiasm;

Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee responsibilities;

Ensure that all work areas are clean, and that the equipment, tools, and supplies are all properly stored;

Complies with all safety standards;

Receiving and processing online, phone, delivery, and in store orders.
