Team Member

We are a local, woman-owned business seeking a friendly, efficient team member to join our restaurant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and delivers excellent customer service.

Position Overview

Our restaurant runs on teamwork and good vibes! We operate across five stations — Cash, Smoothies, Kitchen, Prep, and Dishes — and all team members are expected to learn and work at least three stations. Strong multitasking skills, flexibility, and a jump-in-and-help attitude are a must in our fast-paced, team-driven environment.

In addition to hourly pay, all employees share tips, because when we work together, everyone wins.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Take customer orders and deliver friendly, attentive service every time
• Jump in to assist with food prep and food handling as needed
• Keep work areas, equipment, and dining spaces clean, organized, and welcoming
• Thrive during busy rushes by managing time well and staying cool under pressure
• Restock supplies and help keep inventory running smoothly
• Follow all food safety and health guidelines to keep our team and guests safe

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous barista experience is a plus, but a great attitude goes a long way
• Friendly, customer-focused, and comfortable engaging with people
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and keep things moving during busy rushes
• Comfortable with basic math for cash handling, making change, and processing orders
• Knowledge of food safety standards (or willingness to learn!)
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
