The Role

As a Team Member, you'll get involved in:

• Welcoming and engaging with customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Introducing products, services and promotional offers
• Answering questions and providing helpful product information
• Supporting customer enquiries and new customer registrations
• Working with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Assisting with the preparation and delivery of promotional campaigns
• Keeping up to date with product information and campaign updates
• Contributing to a positive and productive team environment
