Team Members for international B2B/B2C Collections in Gurgaon. Handle overdue invoices, payment queries, disputes, reconciliation, account maintenance and basic Excel reporting. Immediate joiners preferred.
Required Candidate profile
Graduate with international voice collections experience, strong English communication and basic Excel skills. Must be comfortable with 100% WFO and night shifts. Immediate joiners preferred.
