Team Member (Full Time)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items following established recipes and safety standards
• Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and payment handling
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food presentation and serving to enhance the dining experience
• Upsell menu items to increase sales opportunities while maintaining a positive attitude
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery
• Support kitchen operations by adhering to food handling procedures and sanitation standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and communication
• Ability to handle food safely and maintain proper sanitation standards
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order accuracy
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
• Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and evenings if required
