What they need

About Us

Beaufort Hub is launching on 31 October 2026 with our spectacular "Hubloween" Opening Party, and we're looking for amazing people to join us on this exciting journey.

Beaufort Hub is a brand-new, family-run destination bringing together a stylish café, comfortable lounge, and in December our magical Safari themed soft play experience under one roof. Designed for families to connect, relax, and create memories, we're building a team that shares our passion for exceptional hospitality, genuine community, and unforgettable guest experiences.

As one of our founding team members, you'll play a vital role in shaping the atmosphere, culture, and reputation of Beaufort Hub from day one.

Role Overview

We are looking for confident, energetic, and service-driven Hub Hosts who love working with people and thrive in a fast-paced, family-focused environment. You will be at the heart of the guest experience, creating warm welcomes, delivering outstanding service, and helping every family feel at home.

With our launch taking place on Halloween, you'll be joining us during one of the most exciting moments in our journey. We need team members who bring enthusiasm, positivity, and a genuine desire to make every visit memorable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating Amazing First Impressions – warmly welcome guests and ensure every visitor receives outstanding service from arrival to departure.
  • Managing Check-ins & Bookings – confidently handle soft play admissions, reservations, and seating arrangements.
  • Guest Experience Excellence – engage with families, answer questions, and help guests make the most of their visit.
  • Product Recommendations – confidently promote our drinks, food, matchas, desserts, and special offers to enhance guest experiences.
  • Maintaining Standards – ensure all areas remain clean, organised, safe, and inviting throughout the day.
  • Supporting Events & Parties – help deliver memorable birthday parties, celebrations, and special events, including our exciting Hubloween launch event.
  • Encouraging Guest Feedback – promote positive reviews and respond professionally to guest feedback.
  • Working as One Team – collaborate closely with colleagues across the café, lounge, and play areas to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Attention to Detail – follow procedures, maintain consistency, and take pride in delivering excellence.
  • Going Above and Beyond – create special moments that turn first-time visitors into loyal guests.

Experience & Skills

  • Hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • A naturally warm, friendly, and confident personality.
  • Excellent communication skills with both adults and children.
  • Ability to stay calm and positive in a busy environment.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
  • Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.

Why Join Beaufort Hub?

  • Work in a fun, vibrant, and community-focused environment.
  • Opportunities for training, growth, and career development.
  • Be part of a supportive team where your ideas and contribution matter.
  • Help build something special that local families will love for years to come.

Ready to be part of the Beaufort Hub story? We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate people who want to help make our launch and future success truly extraordinary.
