Team Member - Kitchen

Team Member - Kitchen Duties and Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and portion standards, including cutting, marinating, and cooking.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and prep stations.
• Cooking and Assembly
• Cook menu items to order with accuracy and speed.
• Assemble dishes to match visual and quality standards before serving.
• Cleanliness and Organization
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper storage and labeling.
• Participate in end-of-shift cleaning tasks and assist in maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness.
• Team Collaboration
• Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.
• Support team members by multitasking during peak service times.

Team Member - Kitchen Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hot environment
• Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
• Manual dexterity to handle knives and kitchen equipment safely
• Past experience as a line cook and/or culinary education
• ServSafe certified
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of knives, hot surfaces, and other kitchen equipment
• Follow company policies, procedures, and standards

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
