Team Member (Part-Time)

Playa Bowls Rogers is hiring part-time Team Members for our new shop at the Summit at Pinnacle Springs, 1803 S 46th Street, Rogers, AR, opening in October 2026.

About the role

You're a positive, people-oriented person with a passion for superfoods, healthy living, and fruit. As a Team Member you help guests find their perfect bowl or smoothie, build every order with care, and keep the shop clean and welcoming.

What you'll do

• Greet guests, answer questions, and handle concerns in a friendly, helpful way.
• Take and process orders on the POS.
• Prep ingredients and build bowls, smoothies, and other menu items accurately and on time.
• Check each order for consistency, flavor, and presentation before it goes out.
• Keep the shop clean and organized, restock supplies, and help with inventory.
• Tell your shift leader or manager right away about low inventory or product concerns.
• Work alongside shift leaders, managers, and fellow team members to keep the line moving.

What we're looking for

• Friendly, attentive service with every guest.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced shop and flexible when things change.
• Able to prioritize during rushes.
• Stays calm with a guest concern and asks a manager for help when needed.

Physical requirements

• Stand for long periods.
• Lift or move 25 to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Reach high and low shelving, the fridge and freezer, and under counters.
• Work around loud blenders, timers, and order alerts.
• Move around the shop often to run the POS, build orders, clear tables, and restock.

Pay and perks

• $13.00 per hour plus tips.
• Flexible scheduling that works around school or other commitments.
• No fryers or grills. The shop runs on blenders, fridges, and freezers.
• Bright, casual shop with a relaxed dress code.
