Team Member - Server

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. This position requires a passion for hospitality and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcome upon arrival.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using the TOAST POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food handling and sanitation standards.
• Assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations when necessary to enhance their dining experience.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns or requests promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service; ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• A willingness to help team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment is essential for success in this role.
