TEAM MEMBER (STORE CREW)- SM CALAMBA

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Team Members (Store Crew) to join Brightserve Solutions Inc. at our SM Calamba location. This is a full-time position based in Calamba City, Laguna, where you will be an integral part of our kitchen and food preparation operations. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient food preparation, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, and supporting the smooth operation of our food service establishment. This position offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced hospitality environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and customer service excellence are paramount.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare food items and sandwiches according to established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and food preparation areas in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Receive, store, and organise ingredients and food supplies in designated storage areas
• Assist with food assembly, plating, and packaging to ensure orders are completed accurately and promptly
• Monitor food quality and temperature to ensure food safety standards are met at all times
• Support the kitchen team in meeting service times and customer orders during peak hours
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and coordination
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a kitchen, food preparation, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Reliability and punctuality with a professional attitude
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
