Mandatory Requirements (How to generate your EPCN)

EPCN number is mandatory for eligibility of the interview

• Step 1: Visit https://ibegin.tcsapps.com/candidate/register

• Step 2: Click to login

• Step 3: Click New user (Register with us)

• Step 4: Select "BPO" in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)

• Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2026XXXX.

• Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Process end-to-end payroll for employees (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) Ability to work to deadlines

2. Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and commissions

3. Handle deductions such as taxes, benefits, garnishments, and retirement contributions

4. Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries

5. Support audits and ensure proper documentation

Skills:

1. Good written and verbal communication skills

2. Must be willing to work in night shifts.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

4. High attention to detail and accuracy

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Any Graduate
