Team Professional - Engagement

Purpose of the Role:

1. To lead the Employee Engagement functions of the HRD in the organisation.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• EE Policy / SOP Formulation & Communication
• Employee Engagement - Plans & Budget Approval
• Policy framework for formulating CFTs/ TFTs / SITs across Organization
• Ensure HR's Participation in Developmental Initiatives - ACME, ACDE, TQM, I-Focus etc.,
• Conducting Employee Engagment Surveys acrosss Organization
• Standardization of all the Business Processes across all the units with the support of TQM
• Establish the Policies for Rewards and Recognitions
• Formulation of Audit framework for EE - Adherence to SOPs
• Conducting Half yearly audit in all the Units
• EE MIS Reports
