We’re looking for an exceptional Warehouse Associate who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and get orders out the door right the first time.

What This Role Is All About:

This isn’t about clocking in and waiting to be told what to pick. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, moves with urgency, and owns their work. Every order has to ship accurate and on time. We thrive on procedures and attention to detail.

We clean our warehouse because if a customer walks in or by our dock bay. What would they think of a dirty or unorganized warehouse? Is my order going to be shipped correctly? If you understand this almost maniacal sense of care then you are one of us.

When something looks off, you catch it, fix it, and keep things moving instead of letting it ship wrong.

You’ll work closely with our warehouse manager and our COO, making sure every order is picked, packed, and out before our daily cutoff. This is your chance to be the person the whole operation counts on and be recognized for it.

What You’ll Do:

• Get orders out the door: Pick, pack, and fulfill accurately across all our channels, every day before the 1:00 PM cutoff
• Protect the count: Run cycle counts, double-check picks, and keep our inventory matching the system. Accuracy is everything here
• Receive and put away: Unload inbound containers and freight, verify against the packing list, label, and stock it right
• Stage and ship: Build pallets, prep will-call and freight pickups, and coordinate with carriers (UPS, LTL)
• Keep it tight: A clean, organized, safe floor that runs like a well-oiled machine
• Think ahead: Flag low stock, catch problems before they ship, and suggest a better way to run the flow
• Use the tools: Scanners, Shopify, Google Sheets, and Slack will be part of your daily toolbox

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who owns their work and takes pride in zero mistakes
• Detail-oriented and fast under a daily deadline. You’d rather catch it now than explain it later
• Warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience? Big plus. Forklift experience? Even better
• Able to be on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day
• Comfortable with scanners, spreadsheets, and basic online systems
• Professional, proactive, and hungry to grow
