What you'll be doing?

• Provide Support: Assist customers and business users with Teamcenter applications, ensuring smooth operations.
• Resolve Issues: Analyze and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate Deployments: Work closely with internal teams and users for testing, approval, and deployment of fixes and enhancements.
• Maintain Communication: Keep stakeholders updated on issue status, risks, and resolution progress.
• Ensure Compliance: Make sure all changes are properly approved before deployment, maintaining system integrity and security.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field are encouraged to apply.
• Experience Required: At least 3 years of experience in technical analysis and design, with a preference for those who have worked in consulting environments.
