Job Summary

We are seeking a Software Engineer II (Teamcenter Developer) to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions using Siemens Teamcenter . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ITK Customization, Active Workspace (AWC) Customization, Teamcenter Workflows , and Manufacturing Processes . This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and user-centric software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Teamcenter-based applications and customizations.
• Perform Teamcenter ITK development and customization to support business processes.
• Develop and enhance Active Workspace (AWC) customizations and user interfaces.
• Configure and customize Teamcenter workflows , lifecycle processes, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design software architecture and recommend optimal technology stacks and deployment strategies.
• Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and backend services supporting Teamcenter environments.
• Participate in Agile development ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Create and execute testing strategies to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while providing ongoing production support.
• Optimize application performance and recommend process improvements.
• Follow security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes, test automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of IT experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter Development .
• Strong experience with ITK (Integration Toolkit) Customization .
• Experience developing and customizing Teamcenter Workflows .
• Strong programming experience in at least one object-oriented language such as Java or C++.
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and source control tools.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, integrations, and enterprise application development.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Active Workspace (AWC) Customization .
• Teamcenter Manufacturing module experience.
• Experience with PLM implementations and integrations.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with database technologies and SQL.
