Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Teamcenter Functional Consultants to support the implementation and enhancement of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions. The ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of PLM business processes and hands-on experience gathering requirements, configuring Teamcenter, designing workflows, and working with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) .
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions within Siemens Teamcenter .
• Configure Teamcenter based on business and process requirements.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand and improve PLM processes.
• Define and document functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications .
• Configure and support Teamcenter workflows, business rules, and lifecycle processes.
• Work on PLM processes including BOM Management, Change Management, Document Management, Item Management, and Product Configuration .
• Collaborate with Teamcenter technical/development teams for customizations and integrations.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and production support .
• Prepare functional documentation and user training materials.
• Participate in workshops, requirement discussions, testing, and stakeholder meetings.

Required Skills

• Strong functional experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM .
• Strong understanding of PLM business processes and product lifecycle management .
• Experience with Teamcenter configuration and functional setup.
• Hands-on experience with workflows, lifecycle management, BOM, change management, and document management .
• Experience gathering requirements and creating functional specifications.
• Experience working with technical teams on Teamcenter customizations and integrations.
• Strong experience with SIT/UAT and production support .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) .
• Experience working with CAD/CAE systems and ERP integrations .
• Knowledge of Teamcenter data model and BMIDE.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, aerospace, or other product-centric industries.
• Experience supporting Teamcenter implementation, migration, or upgrade projects.
