Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing scalable Teamcenter solutions, understanding PLM business processes, and working closely with technical and functional teams to deliver enterprise PLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and solution design for Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementations.
• Define Teamcenter architecture, technical design, integrations, configurations, and customization strategies.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Teamcenter solutions.
• Design integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise applications such as ERP, MES, CAD, and other downstream/upstream systems .
• Provide technical leadership for Teamcenter implementation, enhancement, migration, and upgrade initiatives.
• Establish best practices for Teamcenter configuration, customization, data modeling, workflows, and security.
• Review technical designs and guide development teams on Teamcenter solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex architectural and integration issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and project leadership.
• Support solution estimation, technical documentation, testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM .
• Experience designing and architecting enterprise Teamcenter solutions.
• Strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture, data model, workflows, BMIDE, access/security, and configurations .
• Experience with Teamcenter integrations and PLM/ERP ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter customization and development.
• Experience with Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, and implementations .
• Strong understanding of PLM processes such as Product Lifecycle Management, BOM, Change Management, Document Management, and Configuration Management .
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) .
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with SAP, Oracle, MES, CAD/CAE or other enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter APIs and integration frameworks.
• Experience leading large-scale or global Teamcenter implementations.
