About the role
Join our growing team in a dynamic food and beverage environment. This role involves managing outlet operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards across all Tealive products and offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Outlet food costs control, stock take
- Outlet sales and profitability
- Direct potential customers into the restaurant
- Explain and promote products and offerings
- Welcome customers and greet every customer with enthusiasm
- Brew coffee or tea and serve drinks to customers
- Ensure every drink served to customers is made with passion and meets the highest quality standards by following the right SOP
- Explain all Tealive products clearly to customers and promote/upsell Tealive products at all times
- Clean and restock work and dining areas, empty trash, and sanitize equipment and utensils
About you
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Must be able to work flexible time, weekends and public holidays
- May work special events as needed
