As a Tech Account Representative, you will assist customers with their concerns, provide accurate information and technical assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate
• High School graduate under the old curriculum are also welcome to apply
• No prior work experience required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and technical knowledge is an advantage
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu City
• Willing to work full-time, including shifting schedules if required
• Customer-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone, chat, or other communication channels
• Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshooting
• Explain products, services, and technical information clearly to customers
• Document customer interactions and concerns accurately
• Follow company procedures and service standards
• Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service
