Tech Assist | Senior Associate

Join our Tech Assist team, who deliver and support technology solutions for all businesses in our Jakarta office. As a member of Tech Assist, you will be the face of Techology to our businesses for all technology services and platforms.

What role will you play?

As a first point of contact for all staff who require help or information regarding technology within Macquarie, you will have an immediate impact on the service to the business and be the face of technology. You will deliver a customer focused service experience and provide training and education on Macquarie's Technology platforms.

Working with global teams, you will own technology problems and requests to deliver positive outcomes for the business.

What you offer

• Enthusiastic, motivated and enjoys solving problems and engaging with customers
• A passion for Technology, with curiosity and a pro-active mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting Microsoft and Apple technologies (Windows 11, MacOS, iOS, InTune, Office 365), and the ability to support and troubleshoot issues
• Experience working with or supporting Video Conference / Audio Visual technologies would be an advantage.
