Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Tech Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Alpharetta. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology and business processes, enabling them to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role is crucial for driving project success through effective communication, analysis, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams. - Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed solutions. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between business and technical teams. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirement specifications, use cases, and user stories. - Assist in the testing process by developing test cases and ensuring that solutions meet business requirements. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide insights for strategic planning.

Required Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on technology projects. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.

Preferred Experience: - Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar. - Knowledge of database management and SQL. Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
